Autumn is traditionally associated with deeper tones and heavy textured but the new collection at Bed Bath N’ Table is beautifully bright.
Bed Bath N’ Table Toowong Village is full of new season inspiration celebrating nature through delicate bird prints among soft florals and sea blue skies. Calming but vibrant, the collection is full of texture and colour and I love so many pieces.
Here are my tips for styling Bed Bath N’ Table’s Botanical Birds collection into your home this season.
- Think of the prints as tonal rather than literal – you don’t need to have a room full of plants and natural materials to incorporate a nature-inspired piece. I’m personally a fan of blue and white china and think these bird cushions would tone in beautifully with my Hamptons-style blue and white vases.
- Autumn/winter doesn’t have to be dark toned. Lift your deep neutrals with pops of pink and burgundy and fresh blues. It will work beautifully tonally but have the freshness to give your room a real lift.
- Take it to the table. It’s so much fun to theme a table for a meal with family and friends. Continue the botanical feel from your crockery through to vases of snippets from the garden, textured cloth and napkins, anything that extends the outdoors in.
- Start small. Add a quirky accent piece like these birds to create interest on a side board or side table.
The new Bed Bath N’ Table collection is dropping into store throughout February and March.
