Justice of the Peace Service

** The Qld Government have advised us that all JP Services are suspended until 7 February 2022 to minimise risk to their volunteers.**

While the JPs in the Community Program has been suspended, online witnessing services will also continue to operate and more information about these arrangements can be found here.

The suspension of the program also doesn’t prevent JPs and Cdecs from providing witnessing services, if they feel comfortable to do so, to members of the public who may contact them direct. The public can still access the services of a JP or Cdec through our after-hours JP Search function.

The JP Branch can be contacted for witnessing support during business hours on 1300 301 147 or [email protected].

Thank you for your ongoing support during these uncertain times.
