WHERE CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD?

Toowong Village Gift Cards are available for purchase from the Centre Management Office (Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm).

They can be purchased in any denomination from $5 up to $4,999. There is a $2.95 administration fee with every card purchased.

Please note – they can only be purchased via EFTPOS only.  No cash payments allowed.

WHERE CAN I USE THE CARD?

The card can be used at any Toowong Village store that has EFTPOS facilities.

HOW DO I USE THE CARD?

Swipe card at the EFTPOS terminal, select ‘Savings Account’, then enter the 4 digit PIN printed on the reverse of the card.

HOW LONG IS THE CARD VALID FOR?

Gift Cards expire 36 months from the date of issue.

HOW DO I CHECK MY BALANCE?

STANDARD TERMS OF USE?

• Funds may take up to 48 hours to be activated on your Gift Card.
• Redeemable anywhere EFTPOS is available.
• Treat the card like cash, lost or stolen cards will not be refunded.
• Cards cannot be used at ATMs to withdraw cash.
