Share the Dignity Donation Drive
This August, Toowong Village is once again proud to support Share the Dignity by collecting essential period products for women and girls experiencing hardship in our local community.
For many Australians, period products are a basic necessity. Yet thousands of women and girls are forced to choose between purchasing these essentials and paying for food or other everyday expenses. Together, we can help change that.
Why it matters
Every donation helps restore dignity, confidence and comfort to someone doing it tough. Your generosity ensures local charities can provide essential period products to women, girls and those experiencing financial hardship, homelessness or domestic violence, so no one has to go without.
How you can help
It's easy to make a difference.
When you're doing your grocery shop this August, simply pick up an extra pack and drop it into our **pink Share the Dignity donation box outside Coles**.
Think: One for me. One for her.
We gratefully accept new, unopened:
- Pads
- Tampons
- Menstrual cups
- Period undies
- Reusable pads
- Incontinence products
- Maternity pads
Please ensure all items remain in their original sealed packaging.
No donation is too small. Every pack collected helps someone in need and brings us one step closer to ending period poverty.
Thank you for helping us make a meaningful difference in our community ❤️
